Article Snippet: For Wheat Germ Agglutinin (WGA) labeling, sections on membrane PEN slides were incubated with WGA staining solution (Biotium, 29023; diluted 1:1000) in a light-protected environment at 37 °C for 10 min. For pan-cytokeratin (CK), CD8, PD1, PDL1 and pATR staining, antigen retrieval was achieved by immersing the tissue sections on glass slides in EDTA buffer (Sigma, E1161; pH 8.5) at 90 °C for 30 min.
